SHIPPING:

Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once your order is placed.  All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are shipped via UPS. Domestic and international orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. For international shipments, customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. SHABAZZ BROTHERS is not accountable for any fees charged by customs.

All Shipments will require an adult signature.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time-to-time where a particular product is on back order and awaiting replenishment. In these instances your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days. You will receive your tracking information once your item is shipped.

PURCHASE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you confirm that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state of New York. All apparel under $110 is tax exempt. For apparel over $110 the applicable tax rate is 8.875%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of New York.

 

RETURN POLICY: 

 

SHABAZZ BROTHERS goal is to satisfy our customers' desires so they are happy with their purchase. Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds at this time. Product exchanges are allowed within 48 hours from when order is received. In order to process an exchange on an online order, please email us at: orders@shabazzbrothers.com to request a unique Return Authorization Number. Please include a name, order number and daytime phone number in all communications with our Customer Relations team.

Once the exchange is authorized, SHABAZZ BROTHERS will provide return instructions and a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the return package. Returned goods must be sent with an original invoice. If you’re not satisfied with any item purchased, we’ll gladly exchange eligible unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise or products with manufacturing defects for an exchange within 2 days of the delivery date and will be processed within five business days of the item's receipt. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and inspected.

  • Items purchased online can only be returned by post and not in-store. SHABAZZ BROTHERS reserves the right to authorize all exchanges and repairs at its sole discretion

  • Shabazz Brothers products purchased through a third-party retailer or wholesaler do not qualify for return or repair.

  • Exchanges will be processed within five business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all labels intact, including those sewn inside the product. The item must never have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 

    SHABAZZ BROTHERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT. ALL RISKS ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.
